Impressed by her professional postcard received in the mail here in Arizona, we contacted her and later met her in our Utah home. We were immediately impressed by her professional qualities. Ms. Buhler immediately prepared an excellent photo and descriptive presentation of our home sending out the information to other agents in various ways. Within three days an offer was made. Throughout the negotiations she worked for us, communicating frequently through e-mails, cell phone calls, and faxes. She was always available, helping us with everything from the necessary repairs to the final price negotiations which the buyer dragged on and on. At several points when we were ready to back away from the buyer, she gently persuaded us to continue the process and the result was a sale we were very content with. Several times I told her, it was her demeanor and attitude that made this sale occur.
She even continued to help us with the sale of the furniture which helped us tremendously. She did it all to make this sale happen and make us happy with the result.

My name is Doug Lackpour. My wife and I recently sold a townhouse in Park City with the help of Debra Buhler. And I’d like to recommend her as a real estate agent for anyone interested in buying or selling property. She was a tremendous asset for us and in these tough economic times, she was the difference in getting our property sold.
We tried selling the townhouse on our own but without any luck. In twelve months, we didn’t receive one offer. In general, we don’t like real estate agents. We consider them close relatives of used car salesmen. Through previous real estate transactions, we’ve found most agents to be unknowledgeable, interested in only themselves, or inept at dealing with other parties. Selling agents seem to be the worst, since they can list a property and receive a commission without really doing any work. Since we could not sell the townhouse on our own, we decided we had to take a chance with a real estate agent.

After talking with her on the phone, I knew we had a winner. She planned to do plenty of marketing and offered to do frequent open houses. It was during one of these initial open houses that she found us a buyer (within 30 days)! We were amazed that it happened so fast and we kicked ourselves that we wasted a year trying to sell the townhouse on our own.
But the reason it sold so fast was Debra. She was always on top of things. She handled all of the paperwork without error, and was always professional to us and the buyers. They were provided all of the information they wanted in a timely manner while she kept us informed of all aspects of the transaction. She was extremely helpful - not a hindrance like so many other agents. And all of this was done electronically (by phone, email, and fax), which was a blessing for us.
